2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and password (stored in hashed form). Workspace owners may also add employee records containing names, email addresses, phone numbers, departments, job titles, and pay rates.

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the service, including pages visited, features used, clock-in/out events, IP addresses, browser type, and device information. This data helps us improve the platform and provide support.

2.3 Scheduling & Time Data

Shift schedules, time entries, clock events (including GPS coordinates if enabled by your workspace administrator), timesheet records, and related operational data are stored to provide the core functionality of the service.

2.4 Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment card data.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords (bcrypt), session-based authentication with secure cookies, CSRF protection, and role-based access controls. All data is stored on infrastructure with regular backups.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Workspace owners may delete employee records at any time. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records, audit logs).
