SMS Messaging Consent & Terms

1. Program Description

ShiftPro sends SMS text messages to employees and workspace members for the purpose of workforce scheduling, shift reminders, clock-in/out alerts, schedule changes, and other time-sensitive operational notifications related to their employment schedule.

Messages are sent by NerdHub Lab LLC d/b/a ShiftPro, located at the address provided at the bottom of this page.

2. How You Opt In

By providing your mobile phone number in the ShiftPro platform (either entered by you or by your employer/manager on your behalf) and by checking the SMS consent box during onboarding or in your employee profile settings, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from ShiftPro at the mobile number provided.

Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase. You may use ShiftPro's scheduling and time-clock features without opting in to SMS.

3. Message Types & Frequency

You may receive messages including but not limited to:

• • Upcoming shift reminders
• • Schedule change notifications
• • Missing clock-out alerts
• • New schedule published alerts
• • Timesheet approval notices

Message frequency varies based on your work schedule. Typical usage is 1–10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• 1. Replying STOP to any message you receive from ShiftPro.
• 2. Asking your manager or workspace owner to disable SMS in your employee profile.
• 3. Emailing [email protected] with your phone number and a request to opt out.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

6. Carriers & Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. ShiftPro does not charge separately for SMS messages — any charges come from your wireless provider.

Compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your phone number and opt-in status are stored securely in your ShiftPro employee profile. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. For our full privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
